यही जननायक जब बिहार के सीएम बने, तो आठवीं तक की पढ़ाई ही निःशुल्क कर दी। आइडिया ऑफ़ इंडिया को किसान कामगार कमेरों ने ही सहेजा व मज़बूत किया। वरना जातिवादी सामंती लोगों ने इसे तबाह करने में कोई कसर कहाँ छोड़ी।
