A Zimbabwean domestic worker is being sought in South Africa, after she allegedly stole approximately US$9,000 in cash, as well as electronic goods and mobile phones valued at R180,000 from her employer.

She had reportedly been employed for over two years and is accused of committing the theft with the assistance of an accomplice while her employers were away.

A warrant for her arrest has been issued, and she is believed to have possibly fled to Zimbabwe. The case has been reported to SAPS and investigations are ongoing.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the police.
