People were literally crying/sleeping all over the floors! Never again will I fly @AmericanAir GOOD LUCK TO YOU! I hope you are properly compensated!❤️

@AmericanAir you absolutely RUINED a family trip for us. We spent the entire weekend at DFW due to repeated delays and last minute cancellations - you guys blamed the “weather” but your gate agents (specifically Selena at A13) told us that your crew didn’t show and/or “timed out”

@_JennHunter @AmericanAir agree, safety is the ultimate priority, however, they need to make sure they communicate the correct story w/the gate agents bc we were told diff things at diff gates, ended up in a 5 hour queue for help - the only “resolution” was a $12 meal voucher (after 10 delays, 3 cancels.)

We were one of the thousands of people who stood in the queue at customer service for more than 5 hours only to be told that there were no more hotels to be had and were very impolitely granted a $12 meal voucher. I have been a loyal @AmericanAir customer for years! Never AGAIN!
