Superwellness Day 🪴
We recently welcomed @SocioWellBeing, a company who are specialists in providing workplace wellbeing, to Pearson Engineering to deliver a superwellness day.
The day was split into three sessions focusing on:
1️⃣ Nutrition: a seminar which highlighted the most important nutrients our body needs and how to best absorb them from our daily foods.
2️⃣ Body composition: an opportunity for our employees to learn their current body composition and top tips to optimise their results.
3️⃣ Zinc testing: our employees tested their zinc levels and learnt the important role zinc plays in supporting our immune system.
The superwellness day is just one of the initiatives we offer our employees so they can take time away from their workspace to gain a deeper knowledge of how they can improve their body health, which in turn benefits their productivity and mental health.
These types of initiatives align with our Better At Health Work Award pillars and help us edge one step closer to achieving the Continuing Excellence Award.
