Kindly evaluate the problem and set proper rules to avoid/reduce accidents. Also set standards for road construction, repair & maintenance. 30-40% of money is embezzled by officers & middle men. Survey & publish comparative road cost/standard in India.

@tehseenp Have some common sense. Conversion of oil to petrol & diesel is a process. Pricing of end product is not linear and simple and changes in raw product are not the final delivered price. One needs to transport & bear insurance. Don't mislead people unless u r following ur leader.
