Biological challenges are real, and yes, women have no choice in going through them. No one is denying that. But what often gets overlooked is that men are made to look like we go through nothing at all just because we don’t give birth or experience those biological cycles.

The point I’m making is simple: outside of those biological aspects, we carry everything else, the pressure to stay strong, fix problems, provide stability, protect the people we love, suppress our emotions, and survive life’s stresses without ever showing cracks.

These aren’t small things. They shape our mental health, our identity, our sense of worth, and the weight we carry every day. They’re just invisible because we’re conditioned not to express them. Society praises men for being ‘strong’ while ignoring the cost of that strength.

So yes, women have biological struggles. But men have constant emotional, mental and societal pressures that are rarely acknowledged, simply because they’re not visible.

Both sides have their own battles, I’m just saying men deserve recognition too.
