@Jeep (cont’d) turning signal STOPPED WORKING on the highway might I add, and service engine light turned on. Oh then the AC decided to turn in full blast. I got this car less than a month ago & the best the service department can tell me is: “hmm must be a glitch”

Hey @Jeep have you ever watched the Disney channel movie Smart House? The scene where the house hoes crazy & attacks the family?...yeah that’s what my 2019 compass did to me last night. The entertainment screen randomly turned on and off, seat warmers and heaters turned on...

@hopper over an hour on hold and nothing. I guess you really do get what you pay for. Never again am I booking through this service. I can’t even get a refund and book directly through the airline who is actually ethical and recognizes that the blame is on this service.

@Iberia_en I booked a flight with your airline through @hopper please know that this company is deceitful and unethical. They blame the airline for THEIR mistakes and refuse to assist. Terrible customer service.

@hopper FYI, NOT COOL to play hot potato and blame the airline for YOUR mistake. We’ve spent all day attempting to contact a supervisor to resolve our issue to no avail. What’s the point in changing and confirming flight details making me rearrange my plans to then reverse it all

@hopper extremely disappointed in the service we received regarding a cancelled flight, changed plans and lack of willingness to help from certain employees. I thought we were getting a great deal but instead we got a headache.
