@makemytripcare I have booked ticket through make my trip for 3rd June on air Asia flight. Unfortunately the flight was cancelled by the airlines. Since then I am writing daily to make my trip to refund my amount.
@makemytripcare Any update since yesterday after I have sent all the details Or is it getting too difficult to track down the things. @makemytripcare air Asia says we have refunded on 3rd June itself , so it means MMT is just fooling around the customers and wasting their time.
The reason @makemytripcare is giving is that for a booking of 3rd June I have myself done the cancellation on 29th May. Seriously this is insane. I do not recommend make my trip to anyone who expects a good customer support.
The airlines has agreed for the refund but since it is a third party booking, make my trip has to contact air lines for the refund. This simple thing they are not understanding and in return they are saying that we can only refund 900 out of 13000.
