@EvaWiseman I spend my life in the sea as a surf instructor, swimmer, surfer. I’d happily grow gills and live in it. I agree it’s not medically going to cure but my god it feels good. And I notice my mood dip if I miss a day or two. I agree wholeheartedly the sewage/plastic is a huge issue!
