Tech Call of the Week:
Is there a way I can get a "north" symbol on my Plan Set so I don't have to always remember to put it on the floor plans?
Solution:
Yes. Open your Title Block project and then open the title block drawing you use. Next, open the Miscellaneous symbol library and add the "north arrow" symbol to the drawing. Then, in any of your projects, assuming you have the Direction of North appropriately set for the project, any Plan Set page using the border with the north arrow symbol will have the symbol rotate to point towards north.

Tech Call of the Week:
How can I show a 5' spiral staircase on my drawing?
Solution:
A spiral staircase can be added by drawing a curved stair component, then editing the curved stair and giving the Stair Radius a value a little larger than the Stair Width (if width is 3', try a radius of 3' - 4"). Next, set the Sweep angle to nearly 360 degrees (try 357). Complete it by placing a round post in the middle.
