@LeeHillORM Lots of changes to every soft play venue to meet new guidelines. More info can be found here - https://t.co/1rSx4pXrHM BTW I'm missing cinema visits & treats
@LeeHillORM Sounds like you're making it up haha. Softplay is opening, but not as we know it. Ball pits are no more, very limited numbers - 100sq feet per PERSON in the building. So normally 5000sqf would easily accommodate 160-180 people new rules means max 50(staff too) people for 5000sqf
@Scallywagsni I thought NI had open dates. Are you a member of belppa or similar? We're in Greater Manchester, so still in lockdown personaly. Who's the person in government over there we need to tweet? Lets get some pressure on them.
Getting ready to reopen our #softplay, with lots of help & support from John & his team at @ampdirector123. They come up with creative solutions every time we have an issue. They design, build & maintain play equipment. They truly are a great company. #Professional#thanks
@EllieBryan8 climbing frame reduced numbers. Dedicated staff on climbing frame. Increased air flow for the building. No mixing from different households. No sensory rooms ๐ข. Fogging machines.Lots of changes for the greater good. 12 staff will have jobs ๐ i hope this reduce concerns thanks

@Angiewa79936361@SoftPlayOwners@TonyWoodbury I suggest you speak to your public liability insurer as well as the LA before reopening - if there is confusion over which guidelines apply.
@Angiewa79936361@TrojanH97209399@TonyWoodbury Yorkshire for you, not like that in Gods county Lancashire ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ Yeah, best waiting. Probably not many be ready to open tomorrow.
@Angiewa79936361@TrojanH97209399@TonyWoodbury Yeah, we've just been contacted by our local Environmental Health team. You should speak to them first and ask what guidance they want you to adhere to
@DaveKGD I think you'll need to speak to the Environmental Health team at your local authority. For some reason there isn't a consensus on whats allowed in England in regards to events and parties, each local authority are enforcing different standards. Good luck
@LauraSummers Most centres removed them before the official closing of Soft Play by government. The guidelines have outlined they MUST go for us to reopen. I for one am glad about it, cleaning our balls is daily task we'll not miss! :)
@LauraSummers Here's the very strict guidelines we, the soft play industry, must adhere too. I think you'll be plesently surprised what cleaning regimes we had before covid19, never mind the new regulations. Hopefully this we help any concerns - https://t.co/FzBE4HhZeY thanks
