Started the afternoon with the first high school swim practice of the season. Then followed that up with my first real bullpen back with my pitching coach @HeatherCB3 all summer….both were desperately needed!! Cleaned up basic mechanics then moved on to throwing competitive curve and rise with a few loose screws mixed in. Time for stretching bc my body is going to feel anything but loose tomorrow!
