Westside Softball

[Jon Beck @CoachJonBeck]

Players: Great coaches are always an asset, but a team needs players who step up and lead. Be a leader who teaches others to follow team rules, to stand together in adversity, to hold each other accountable, work hard, support your coach & play for the team instead of themselves.

When did our mindset become OWED and not EARNED?

1. WORK WHILE YOU WAIT
2. BE A GREAT TEAMMATE
3. OUTPLAY THE GUY IN FRONT OF
YOU AT PRACTICE
4. IF YOU GET YOUR CHANCE,
PERFORM

The world is NOT a place where things are handed to you and you don’t DESERVE anything!

[Westside Softball @SoftballWRams]

Tryout week is the most stressful week for a coach, last day is Thursday, do not like for people to be disappointed, but unfortunately cuts are part of the process, several will be really close

[Westside Softball @SoftballWRams]

There will be no tryouts on Wed, Jan 30th, they have been moved to Thursday, Jan 31
