Some people can't/have trouble memorizing the alphabet without the jingle. This means that having a direct reference is much faster for them. Even if you have photographic memory, this method can help speed things up.

@delilahbelle77 Transmasc here, but I tried once to use one and almost went into shock so I stayed away from them.
Could have been vaginismus, a form of vasovagal response, or sheer dysphoria that caused the reaction I had. Idk I just stopped trusting the idea altogether.

Some people need to just sit down and think about what they're saying, because to see such a thing as a fetish really feels more damning for the person seeing it that way.

They might not be an artist tbh? Or a newer artist? Some people don't get it...

But restricting them to that neutrality or to an extreme is only ever going to cause harm. To them and/or their environment.

These things are not inherently toxic. Neither is the culture brought by and upheld by them. Insisting on these being the normal, however, can be toxic when pushed like it is.

Someone puts themself down a lot and praises or compliments you even more, safe to assume they're not stable enough for a partnership and you can leave. Big red flag right out the gate and probably the clearest one possible.

@lucxsramxs @saltysauerkraut Admittedly, I was wrong on it not being projecting. But projecting isn't inherently bad. Which is what I was more or less trying to say. I'm not the best with getting across what I'm trying to say.
We all project onto characters. It's why plain/blank slate MCs exist.
