My Union Bank @UnionBankTweets savings a/c had ₹53 balance. They deducted ₹236 debit card annual charge, went negative ₹183! No prior notice. RBI @RBI rules say savings a/c CAN'T go negative from such charges. Visited branch, emailed support, planning RBI Ombudsman.
