Staying at the @RadissonBlu Nice in France and they want to charge EUR 25 per person just to get a beach towel to swim in the ocean in front on the hotel. I remember when this hotel chain used to be about service. Based on my experience during this stay, It’s gone down hill

@Rb__sa The facts have shown that this was a result of incompetence by @FNBSA. Waiting for them to fix it and for a call from the head of KYC to apologise to me. Let’s see if @FNBSA will at least act like they care about clients.
@FNBSA has frozen my business account (after hours) for “KYC reason” without ever contacting me to request anything. I now have vehicles stranded on the road. How do you run a business when your banking partner is incompetent??
@Rb__sa The account was frozen at 4:50pm yesterday due to KYC reasons. The business manager can see that they didn’t contact me and the form they require is already on your system. Your call center can’t unblock the account and I can’t get hold of your KYC team. So they can’t assist.
@Rb__sa They are unable to assist even though the business manager can see that the account was frozen when it shouldn’t have been. fnb is falling to act in the best interest of their client. There is a clear lack of due diligence and care.
