So this is what I think about the policy announcement
There is quite a lot of hope in it (and the people working on it behind the scenes are good) - but it is shrouded in vagueness
Today has been about lousing tups.
Ten years ago we took the decision to reduce sheep numbers to a quarter of their previous levels, and to lamb them later in the year.
It’s been the best business decision we ever made and we also have more biodiversity on the farm as a result.
