@Finnair@Finnair@FinnairSuomi my disabled daughter has been transferred to a new flight with another airline & told to pay £300 baggage fees on top. More than original flight cost!! We’ve been trying to get a callback since Sunday and told a manager would call today. Still no call.
@Finnair Why after 2 hours on hold was the only option provided being a cancelled ticket and only a full refund then? Not offered an alternative flight. Stuck in Hong Kong waiting for a refund isn’t an option.
@Finnair@Chlo3eeee We’ve been trying for 5.5hrs to book alternative. Told by 2 agents the flight is cancelled, the third agent says not. 2nd agent hung up after not able to answer luggage questions. Now speaking to third agent who isn’t very helpful and have been told no supervisors are available
