Domain investing tip most beginners ignore:

Before you buy ANY domain, Google the exact phrase.
If businesses are already paying for Google Ads on that keyword someone will pay you for the domain.

If nobody is advertising? Nobody wants it.

Google Ads is proof of demand.

My honest step by step is to identify high demand services first, map it with most desirable city with such keywords, example Roofing then map it will city that has more casualties in terms of roofing damage.

Don't forget I so much in love with geo domains because it is easy to flip quickly.
