India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

@AirIndiaX My brother is flying home from UAE after four years. From a job seeker to an underpaid job which doesn't even give leave to go home to earning a job in an MNC, it's been a turbulent ride. We are all waiting to see him after all these years. Make it special for him.🙂
@jijithroy@SamsungIndia@SamsungMobile@SamsungSupport The fact that they are acknowledging it's their fault but won't do anything is extreme level of worst customer service. Better approach consumer court (don't know if we can approach for a purchase not made in India).
@elonmusk India which is the most populous country moved to electronic voting years ago. What is your country still doing with these paper ballots? Clearly the objective is manipulation.
@amazonIN@Flipkart Even after verification of Aadhar and PAN, they are refusing to continue verification for flimsy reasons like your PAN card is old and not in good shape, photo is not clear. Are these people even living in digital age ? FYI I do have some top cards in the market. Loss is not mine
@amazonIN@Flipkart The credit card application process on these platforms are really poor. The VKYC verification team is finding some reason or other for rejection. After having credit score of 800+, More than a crore in outstanding loans with regular repayments.
