@maxwelljhosh SolNest protects renters by keeping USDC locked in escrow until a lease is confirmed. If the owner doesn’t provide access, funds stay in escrow and a dispute process is initiated. Once the owner confirms (confirm_lease()), the contract releases funds and marks the lease confirmed
