One thing I have grown to appreciate about Japan is how they aren't afraid to let green grow in cities or simply just not mow it all down. Sad to see my hometown of decades lose all its old trees and open space to condos and offices that just use oleander/myrtle as greenery.

Some amazing friends here in Japan invited us to their kid's School Cultural Festival! Getting to shoot the longbows from the Archery club was a highlight for me! Kareoke, afterward, was definitely... an experience 😆
