Throughout my journey in the Nigerian Bar Association, I have always believed that leadership is about creating value, building partnerships, and leaving every office better than I met it.

One example that remains particularly meaningful to me was facilitating a strategic partnership during the 2008 NBA Annual General Conference that enabled the distribution of mobile phones and SIM cards to members, at no cost to the NBA or its members.

For me, it was never about the headlines. It was about finding practical solutions that made a real difference.

As I seek your mandate to serve as President of our great Association, I do so with the same philosophy that has guided me over the years, leadership should be measured by impact, not promises.

By the grace of God and with your support, I look forward to bringing that same spirit of innovation, collaboration, and purposeful service to the office of President of the Nigerian Bar Association.

We were literally taught this in 100level. It was hammered in by different lecturers, ‘your wardrobe is an investment’ not to mention your library. It’s not. Especially for the old timers who came up when law was a truly noble profession.
