@BlueDartCares Could you please clarify how AWB 53647048851 was generated when the parcel was never actually handed over to Blue Dart? And if the shipment is still awaiting pickup by a Blue Dart employee, why has it not been collected from the warehouse even after six days?

@flipkartsupport After a long wait (almost 20 days) and several time-wasting discussions, the refund has finally been credited to my account. I have also acknowledged the Social Media representative via email. My thanks to the representative who consistently followed up on this matter each day.
@flipkartsupport This clearly reflects both the lack of product knowledge within Flipkart’s customer care and the bugs present in the Flipkart application, which have caused unnecessary delays.
I sincerely hope this matter is finally resolved within the next 48 hours.
