Sir @DrRPNishank if @niostwit can accept and extend the d.el.ed. programme upto March 2020, which was earlier decided to close on March 2019, then why not H.S. improvement time limit? 2 lakh teachers waiting for for this decision only. Please reopen the NIOS portal of d.el.ed.

We have successfully completed both DELED as well as improvement also still we have no certificate. Due to NIOS'S fault we suffering from 2 years.
