To be honest, creating my own Universe (@hometavern113) - with a carefully built lore and solid foundation - has turned out to be a fascinating, yet far from simple task.
I often spend hours or even days working without drawing anything at all. It’s a deep intellectual process, filled with pages of text that I repeatedly try to understand myself first, so that I can refine it and present it in a way that allows the audience to grasp my ideas easily, draw inspiration from them, and simply enjoy the aesthetics.
At the core of this universe lie several foundational elements I’ve already created:
- The Valley of Tea Dragons — with its villagers, the Great Tree, tea and tea cups, and the many legends told in this land;
- The planet Dominia and all my other random artworks - landscapes and objects from various places;
- And ultimately, the Home Travelers and the Tavern,
My work of connecting all these pieces into a single cohesive whole is still ongoing, but it’s already at the stage where I will soon be able to present well-thought-out aspects of the lore through the notes of my character (the Teantist).
These notes will become the foundation of the Encyclopedia and will also be fundamentally revealed in the upcoming generative banner collection Home Worlds. 🪐
