WINTERS — Highway 128 along the Solano County-Napa County line is closed in both directions as a result of the Hennessey Fire. The highway is closed from Silverado Trail in Napa County to Pleasants Valley Road north of Vacaville in Solano County and west of Winters in Yolo County
