A lot of people grew up with Peter Cullen thanks to Transformers, but I never engaged with that franchise as a kid.
To me he was Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh, a very quiet sad donkey who people liked. He contrasted well from everyone's bubbly energy to being more slower and low-
For me, Peter Cullen was Eeyore as a kid, my grandma would have all the VHS tapes of the 80s animated series I would watch all the time. He played a character a lot of people could identify with and I think now of this moment from the show. Iโll cherish his memory forever.

He might have been known as Optimus Prime to most people, but i'll always remember Peter Cullen as the voice of Eeyore in Winnie Pooh, especially New Adventures.
