@Spreckels_Organ @JohnCendpts High pay does not equal competence. Hospitals charge excessive amounts for tests that can be done much more economically at 3rd party sites & just as well if not better. Many physicians have realized this and now do surgeries and procedures in their offices. Low $ - higher profit
