To everyone that came up & slapped fives, gave hugs, told me they was proud of me & asked me about my bees at @soloapiary or how boating is going or made jokes about me learning to swim, etc. Thank you for the kind words and I appreciate you for thinking of me. #soloshidd#CAU
2day was 2nd visit from mentor at my bee yard, we had a chance to go over different things with each hive as each of them had a different issue. Thank you to Phil of West Georgia Beekeepers Association., talks me thru his experiences and suggestions as I find my way. #mentor
Spent 2day in my mentor Phil’s bee yard learning the honey extraction process. Sweet work, but it takes patience, heavy lifting, & attention to detail. Grateful 4 the opportunity to learn & grow as I continue my journey from hobbyist 2 business owner.

Bees pollinate about one third of the food we eat, which means protecting them is bigger than the hive. It is about the future of our food and our environment.
Still learning. Still growing. Still trusting the process one hive check at a time.

🐝 Cold Monday vibes… and the bees said, “Nah, we staying in.”
When temps drop below 55°F, honeybees huddle up for warmth and live off stored honey. No flying. No drama. Just teamwork.
Moral of the story: Stack your resources and stay cozy. 😌🍯
