Ambassador @SolochPawel visited the 🇷🇴#BSDA 2026 defense exhibition, touring 🇵🇱 companies stands: @PGZ_pl, @WBGroup_PL, @PAIH_pl, etc. He met soldiers from the 🇵🇱 Military Contingent Romania and viewed the Rosomak APC, modern weaponry and equipment used during allied missions.

W ostatnim dniu wizyty w Rumunii Prezydent RP @NawrockiKn wziął udział we mszy św. polowej przed ołtarzem leśnym zbudowanym przez żołnierzy Wojska Polskiego internowanych w Rumunii od 1939 r.

Polski polowy ołtarz kamienny w Timișu de Sus (w pobliżu Braszowa) został zbudowany przez żołnierzy w 1940 r.; wyremontowany w 2022 roku, przy zaangażowaniu Ambasady RP w Bukareszcie oraz stacjonujących w Rumunii żołnierzy Polskiego Kontyngentu Wojskowego.

Pobyt Prezydenta w Timișu de Sus był też okazją do spotkania z przedstawicielami środowisk polonijnych.

Ostatniego dnia wizyty w 🇷🇴 Prezydent @NawrockiKn uczestniczył we Mszy Św. przy ołtarzu leśnym w Timișu de Sus, zbudowanym przez internowanych w 1939 r. żołnierzy Wojska Polskiego. W wydarzeniu uczestniczyli: @SolochPawel, Polonia i żołnierze Polskiego Kontyngentu Wojskowego w 🇷🇴

Stoisko @WBGroup_PL miało dzisiaj szansę gościć ambasadora @SolochPawel z @PLinRomania oraz szefa sztabu rumuńskich sil zbrojnych, generała Gheorghiță Vlad. W pawilonie można zobaczyć przegląd wielodomenowych systemów bezzałogowych, w tym amunicję krążącą rodziny #WARMATE, rozpoznawcze #FLYEYE i #FT5.

Kicking off the #B9Summit in #Bucharest with a coordination meeting together with @SecGenNATO Mark Rutte and Polish President @NawrockiKn.
The B9 format brings added value for the security of the Alliance as a whole and our Summit starting tomorrow aims at making a concrete contribution to the success of the NATO Summit in Ankara, including on meeting the Hague commitments on defence spending and further assistance to Ukraine.
The #EasternFlank countries are already taking more responsibility for European defence and I underlined the strategic importance of the Black Sea for regional and Euro-Atlantic security and the need for more decisive action to counter the assertive behavior of Russia.

It is a pleasure to welcome the President of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, in Bucharest today, ahead of tomorrow's B9 & Nordic Countries Summit. We have continued the excellent dialogue we started during my visit to Poland, in March, focusing on our bilateral relations, as well as on European, transatlantic and security matters. We have also coordinated ahead of tomorrow's B9 discussion which Romania and Poland will co-chair as B9 founding members.
Additionally, we discussed the framework of the Strategic Partnership between our nations, as we are looking into options for updating it to better reflect our growing political and economic partnership and the changing global security context.
We will continue to work together, toward developing the deep people-to-people ties that form the foundation of our historic friendship and toward fostering unity within NATO and EU, in order to ensure European security and prosperity.
