When login from other network . Ps5 still turn on and appear this screen but can not let outside device pass by it. Pls give me a fixed

@AskPlayStation May you help me fix the error when using PS ReMote Play ?
I already could use it to connect to my PS5 from outside network but suddenly it can not right now! As my test, it only could connect if the device in same network but when login from other networks.
