Though I know the figures won’t be exact in this research, vacancy in our housing stock is a huge issue particularly given homelessness and home ownership levels. It needs to be more viable to renovate existing stock, and it’s also far more sustainable environmentally.

Irish residential market transactions in Feb were over 12% higher than same month last year , albeit still 8% down ytd. Prices ex Dublin picking up strongly, up annual 4.7%(from 4.0%), with apartments up 9.6% and South East leading the charge. Dublin prices up 1.2% (1.0%).
