In one of my many hate speech cases, a public prosecutor decided that this statement of mine about gender was punishable under the Gender Law which protects people from discrimination on the basis of their 'gender-identity'.

Luckily, in this case, the judges decided that I was not guilty, but they did write that my "statements do not correspond with the societal and scientific views on gender", building the argument that this is a potential reason for punishment.

This 'consensus' is, of course, a lie because any real scientist will tell you that gender is indeed fake and sex is indeed binary: males produce small gametes (sperm); females produce large gametes (ova). No other gamete types exist, and that's the definition of sex in evolutionary biology.

Amongst society, too, the vast majority of people know that men are men and women are women.

Under our regime, the judges are so powerful and untouchable, though, that they can single-handedly go against this and decide what the legal, scientific, and societal consensus is. The judges did precisely that and created a dangerous precedent leading to the criminalisation of anyone denouncing transgenderism. This was potentially done in the knowledge that I have further cases coming up about this very subject, making imprisonment ever more imminent.
