Just back from holidays... not managed to cut down on painkillers whilst I was away 🙄

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

Late for my train because I felt the need to have a paracetamol & caffeine fizz.... 🙄 still no codeine though 👏🏼 4 weeks now 🤗

One more day of work before Italy 🇮🇹

Me 🖤

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

Disease 3 days before I go on holiday 😷 I'm going early so hopefully I can leave before the rest of the kids get there at least

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

That he's been fighting a cold all week and today is "coughing his lungs up" great, just what I need, to go through a house full of...

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

Its my friend's son's 2nd birthday party today. I do NOT want to go 🙄 I don't like kids anyway, but she's just said the group WhatsApp...

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

My friend was visiting from Wales last night... lots of high fives when I told her I gave up codeine 🙌🏼

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

Felt weird buying it knowing I wasn't going to have any. She asked me if I wanted any to take home 😹

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

Had to actually go in to Boots and buy Solpadeine for my mum afte work tonight! 🙀 still didn't take any!

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

Only 1 lot of painkillers today ☺️

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

Had almost lost that horrible feeling when I woke up that made me reach for the Solpadeine, but it's back today 😩

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

@Scientits @bitchgotskills I know a couple who don't brush their teeth until after breakfast, but usually they go out go get breakfast 😷 I couldn't bear it

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

@EyeGirlfriend Thank you, you too! 💕

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

On the plus side... 8 mile run done!!

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

When is this going to end?! #diarrhoea #codeinewithdrawls

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

Yes I got the #diarrhoea feelings in my tummy 😩 luckily I passed a pub and snuck in the back to use their toilets but come on...

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

A nightmare scenario happened... 3.5 miles in to an 8 mile run, on the cycle track, far from home. Been to the toilet before I left...

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

Just so you're aware, the diarrhoea hasn't COMPLETELY gone away yet 🙄 #codeinewithdrawls #withdrawlsymptoms

[A.M. @SolpadeineDiary]

Now that I'm nearly 3 weeks without codeine I'm not sure what's best to give up next, paracetamol or caffeine? Then there's ibuprofen 🤔
