Referring to recognized #Azerbaijani territories with incorrect names is a clear violation of international law.
To quote Abraham Lincoln, 'You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.'
Some basic facts:
-Garabagh is part of #Azerbaijan🇦🇿
-Yet Armenia🇦🇲 still has 10,000 illegal troops there, refusing to withdraw them.
-🇦🇲 supports the armed separatism against 🇦🇿.
-🇦🇿 won’t tolerate the illegal armed regime in Khankendi that terrorizes 🇦🇿 citizens.
-🇦🇿 will ensure rights & security of Armenian civilians in Garabagh as equal 🇦🇿 citizens.
The illegal regime must be dissolved, illegal troops disarmed & withdrawn
According to international law, the region of Karabakh is a part of Azerbaijan. As of right now, all of Azerbaijan’s military operations are taking place inside Azerbaijan. Armenia is not being invaded. Armenian troops *inside* Azerbaijan are being attacked. These are facts.
Illegal separatist puppet regime must dissolve itself, and the armenian armed forces stationed in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan must be disarmed. Azerbaijan applies precision guided munitions against legitimate military targets and, by all means, avoids collateral damage to civilians. Rights and security of civilians of Armenian descent in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan will be provided under the Constitution and international obligations of Azerbaijan. Dissolve and disarm!
🇦🇿🇦🇪 I was delighted to support the first panel discussions of the Azerbaijan-United Arab Emirates (UAE) Government #Innovation and Competitiveness Forum on the topic of "The Future of Services" as a moderator.
Had the pleasure to moderate the panel on "AI & Public Services" at the AI4DigiGov e-conference organized by the e-Gov Development Center which led to very interesting discussions on potential opportunities and risks brought by AI in the public sector.
