@garyleff @AmericanAir falsely denied my IDB claim for domestic Flight AA5975, 5/28/25 at LYH, claiming a 30-min gate rule & check in time was close to the flight cut off time of 45 min. No boarding pass issued, no staff at check-in, 24hr delay. I’ve escalated this with D.O.T. Any advice?
