A diverse cap table is the best kind! We recently underwent a $45M Series C round with participation from 75 female investors, 60% of whom are women of color and 33% of whom are first-time investors. Read more: https://t.co/dmYKykaPKZ

I believe in the value of cap table diversity - if I hadn't been on Trulia's cap table, there would be no @solvhealth.

As part of our Series C round, we created an SPV with 75 women, 60% women of color with the help of my good friend @karanortman & I want to share the playbook.

[Solv @solvhealth]

We raised $3.5M from 75 female investors over 10 days. 60% of the SPV investors were women of color and 1/3 never made a venture investment before.

CEO @heathermirj spoke with @techcrunch about this experience and her passion for diversity in tech: https://t.co/UnQl8QZmxP

BUT WHO HAS TIME FOR THIS?!?! @solvhealth we know that consumers deserve better. That providers want to do the right thing for patients. And, that insurance has a purpose, but it might not make the cost cheaper for every visit -- and consumers SHOULD KNOW THIS. /end

Quick story: a Solver was recently overcharged $325, even when she knew the right questions to ask! For many Americans, that would have been devastating to their bank account...it’s a case study on the backwardness in healthcare -- and how it doesn’t need to be this way! 🧵

[Heather M. Fernandez @heathermirj]

Recently an exec @solvhealth told me about a backchannel reference she got before joining. The feedback: Solv is the kindest group of badasses you’ll ever meet. I've never been more flattered.

@alisonbelter Oh no! This is not the sort of experience we would expect anyone to have with us. It looks like you should have already received the refund. If you have any questions please email us directly at [email protected]

[Solv @solvhealth]

@iamostin We agree! If you log-in to book your next test your information should be saved and then it will autofill. If it's not working like that, let us know! [email protected]

I could not be more pumped about this 🔥🔥🔥 group fighting to eliminate the stress of everyday healthcare for consumers AND for providers every damn day @solvhealth

Figuring out an efficient way to integrate in-person and virtual care can be tricky! @solvhealth CEO @heathermirj spoke on a panel at the @MedCityNews Invest conference today alongside speakers from @MayoClinic, @MedArrive, and @cheryltamcheng of @vivecollective

[MedArrive @medarrive]

The best virtual care models must combine telehealth and in-person care! We at MedArrive pride ourselves on bridging the virtual care gap and powering care into the home. Great panel of leaders today at #MCInvest including our VP of Clinical Operations, Dr. Megan Thomasch.

People Are Saying COVID Could Become “Endemic” But What Does That Mean? https://t.co/j4fV4vvCUN via @solvhealth

[Heather M. Fernandez @heathermirj]

If it weren't so hard, friction-full and cost 🤷🏽‍♀️🤯 to get care, we'd have far fewer ER visits driving this medical debt. Access maters, knowing cost matters. Proud of our awesome team at @solvhealth who obsess about this every damn day. https://t.co/kSe9b2u0qz

Who knew that a panel about automating administrative workflows and teaching algorithms to massively expand clinical access would be so damn fun! Kudos to this great panel at #ViVE2022

Thank you @gordondeb for this article. Let's move price transparency forward in healthcare!
"@solvhealth's @heathermirj [says]...' the company started Solv ClearPrice with urgent care because its the most consumer-centric, transparent segment of the healthcare industry...'"

[Deb Gordon @gordondeb]

Writing about price transparency tools in 2022 feels ridiculous to me--but alas, it's still news when someone moves the effort forward (that's how far behind the industry is). This month, @solvhealth launched its new ClearPrice tool...via @forbes https://t.co/FThKiQWpxG

@Stezynb56 Hi! Can you email us at [email protected] so we can help track down your appointment information?

[Microsoft for Startups @msft4startups]

As a founder, there's a delicate balance between being scrappy and doing too much yourself. When @HeatherMirj created more leverage for herself by hiring a bigger team she was able to scale her startup @Solvhealth more quickly.
