I would be interested in a new party that had some traction and teeth however we should not kid ourselves: Elon-led DOGE didn't accomplish most of its objectives, didn't save the trillions it was projected to, and probably screwed shit up royally that will need repairing. If this happens it needs to be done right and with the right leadership

Thank you dsctxn, for a real response. While I do disagree with most tenets of the DSA, they are still not an overall communist organization - although there are some that fall in that category similar to some members of the Heritage Foundation that extol the virtues of an authoritarian government flavor. I dislike both but for the same reason we can't say that the Right is a Nazi movement we shouldn't say the Left is a communist movement.
