Pillay declined to attend the award to Liu Xiaobo.

Navi Pillay oversaw the communication of names of over 50 dissidents to China. All staffers who directly handed over names - Lidiya Grigoreva, Elena Kontouri-Tapiero, Kurveena Pyneeandy - were promoted. I was fired for speaking up.
