@wizzair change your IT system to provide a sanity check of email entry - request a second entry of email address as confirmation WHEREVER an email address is requested on your website. Less mistakes by customers. Less complaints made. Less refunds to action. BASIC SENSE. SIMPLE!

@alicepg91@wizzair My experience. How many other customers have had the @Wizzair booking system complete a booking without their knowledge... until they check their bank account to find @wizzair has taken the payment? This has to be rectified. DO BETTER @Wizzair
