どうやっているのか？
まず大前提でCyclesを使っています。

1枚目
異方性反射はそのまま使うと全ての色が混ざって白になってしまうので
RGBで角度を付けて反射させます
これが基本の考え方になります

2枚目
バンプマップをタンジェントに放り込みます
こうするとマップに従った異方性反射を行ってくれるので制御する事が可能になります

EEVEEだと異方性反射使えないでもうひと手間必要になります
