@nemalki He recovered the studio's back-catalogue and also got things like CN, New Line, Hanna-Barbera and the catalogues of MGM, RKO and others.

I would say that the Turner Broadcasting System is one of the most successful mergers of all-time.

And as a side note, the studio behind "Winx Club" was an affiliated of Viacom/Paramount (they owned a 30% of the company), but they have decided to just cut ties with it.

Is pretty simple, knowing Paramount's attitude across it's divisions, it wouldn't be a good home for RWBY.

And the fact that they don't tend to produce anime (aside of something like Afro Samurai)

@10_ch_10 I'm still curious about the Embracer's archive of video games.

I'm still thinking if some companies like Tommo or Piko Interactive (both owners of a large range of classics IP's) would join forces with Embracer, that would be interesting.
