@VideoGamesPlus_ once you get them in, do you have a way of knowing if the Bracer Edition for Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter will have the most recent updates on the cart? As I recall, the 1st run of the game on Switch was kinda rough and pretty much needed that day 1 patch

@GungHo_America @nihonfalcom for example: some resources online claim FC starts in March 1202, but Estelle claims you can't become a Bracer until you turn 16, and we know from info in FC that she doesn't turn 16 until August 7, 1202

@AskPlayStation thanks for your replies but now it seems like the service and repair form doesn't want to accept the serial # for the PS4. it's saying it's incorrect 🤔I'm sure I'm looking at the right number, beneath the barcode that says "serial # for registration"

@AskPlayStation given that this is a limited edition console, if I sent it in to be serviced they won't just try and swap it with another PS4 Pro right? I'll get back the same console I send in?

@AskPlayStation I have actually done that several times. that was the only way I could get the controller to reconnect. afterward it would be fine for a few days but then the issue would pop back up.

@AskPlayStation I have only the 1 controller at the moment. before selling my original PS4 I tried the controller and USB cable that came with it on the Pro and was having the same issue, I'd had no issues with them for the past 2 years that I had my original PS4
