As part of EllesmereUI's performance focused philosophy, I will conduct performance audits and release a dedicated optimization patch each month to ensure the suite stays true to its core purpose as it grows.

Today's is the first, and it's massive. On average, full suite users will see more than 50% lower CPU usage from EUI during raid/M+ combat and over 70% lower while idle. In addition, loading screen times have been reduced by over 50%.

This is the start of a renewed focus of ensuring the suite remains as lightweight as possible. This patch also includes several bug fixes. Full details can be found in the in-game patch notes.

@cassieblooms Struggling with this myself, biggest thing that helps me is reminding myself of my values/goals. Living healthier/losing weight/gaining strength are the goals. Going to the gym is the action that helps me get there.

Also important to forgive yourself when it doesn’t work out.
