2/2 spent an hour on terrible customer support with Lyft. They eventually, regrettably gave $15. The Uber ride cost about $100. Only after I kept pressing did Lyft finally give $35. Why was it so hard for Lyft to rectify a mistake they were responsible for?

@lyft I scheduled a ride for 540am to the airport. At 5:44am I finally get a driver who will arrive at 6:15am. Going to miss my flight. Had to get an @Uber instead at 2x the price. But at least they got me there. Lyft wouldn’t even honor their scheduled guarantee.
