@Erinforanirniq Good news. It took 6 months of the city ignoring my abandoned vehicle requests, but the vehicle owner finally moved it today. Thanks again Susan at bylaw for calling me to tell me to stop complaining. So happy I just got my tax bill in the mail with no city services for me!!
@jesseforyeg Jesse I have lived in Edmonton my entire life 39 years I used to be hopeful this city could turn around I voted for you in the last election as my councilor in hopes of having a voice again When complaints are met with call backs of stop complaining were not coming I give up
@CityofEdmonton Why worry about a ticket. Abandoned vehicle in front of my place since Dec 28.
Bylaw called me to tell me stop complaining as 5 bylaws for 16k plus calls.
They wont come tow or ticket bylaw breakers so why should I follow any rules
@darkshad9999@CityofEdmonton Agreed. Vehicle been abandoned in front of my place since dec 28. 4th complaint to 311 I was given a call back and told to stop. As 5 officers for 16k calls. No room at impound to tow it. They wont even come ticket it. So for over 2 months now I cant even park.
@WildBil02184982@yegwave Far fetched theory here. Truck is on road test, she's driver examiner. New way to mark down failed perpendicular parking attempt.
@AshJubilee@DJones88888888@yegwave Living downtown, yes no need to drive. As a service plumber. The lack of parking and carrying 300 plus pounds of tools and materials 10 plus blocks to a site. I no longer accept plumbing calls in the downtown area for this reason. University area too.
@SBailey955@yegwave There is a sort of system, not based on age, done by doctors, however they need to submit a report to Alberta transport, then the person is issued a letter to report to registry for basic class 5 road test, if that test is failed, the driver is dropped to class 7.
@yegwave Sure seems odd, she can sue the federal for being unfair, funny how she stepped in to stop the bag bylaw charge for Calgary but sat idle by and still allows it in Edmonton. Can we sue her for being unfair too?
@EPCOR In the wise words of one of your managers, Mr. Hunter, if we don't like Epcor water, take a bucket to the F---ing River.
Is this like the castle downs flood? Knew a week in advance from SCADA alarms and chose not to notify homeowners of sewer back up.
@CanRevAgency How would one opt out of receiving gst and climate incentive payments. Currently recieve them and I would prefer to starve and live out of a car than get any more money from the Canadian government
@fatimasal82 Favorite childhood memory was visiting grandma's house, walking half a block to get Ralph's chicken, must be fate you guys opening so close to where I am now, can't wait to continue the weekly chicken meal with my boys
@YourAlberta When I signed up for apprenticeship program, I noticed I was automatically entered for grants, where would I contact to opt out of any financial assistance?
