For protein, choose fatty fish like sardines or Salmon. For carbohydrates, oat bread is a great option, but realistically it's rice. Get your fiber and vitamins from supplements or fruit.

You're hungry almost all the time and constantly thinking about food.
You're tired most of the time.
Digestive issues become more common.
Your diet is mostly protein with very little carbohydrate—which honestly sucks.
The bar doesn't judge your appearance, your height, or your weight.
It doesn't care whether you're Muslim, Christian, agnostic, or atheist.
The harder you pull it down, the more it lifts you up.
It'll still be there in five years or even ten waiting for you to come back.
@its_rey10 The other major problem is that our country has become a joke to many people around the world. Do you know how many times I've had to explain that the majority of Iraqis don't do that, it's only a small minority, It's embarrassing that I even have to keep explain it.
@rawdaa04 English is one of the most important skills to develop before starting your master's degree, especially if you plan to pursue an academic career. Since it is the primary language of most academic journals.
@TotNerdy@SammyOwhBaye My food doesn't contain oil, sauces, flour, bread, or sugar, so I don't usually have many digestive issues. That might just be me, though.
