My opinion: @CarsonHocevar is one of many personalities, our sport needs.

Now I should state a few things… 1. He drove for us and has only spoken to once in 2ish years since. 2. I’m frustrated with his mistakes wrecking our cars. 3. I by no means won over the core @nascar fan base.

To be honest, if she had simply been friendly and helpful and said, “I’ve tried to do everything I can for you, but this is the only room I have available right now,” I would have been completely understanding. I wouldn’t have complained about the room or the view at all.

For me, it’s not really about the room or the view. It’s about how someone is treated, regardless of their status. A little bit of respect, courtesy, and willingness to help goes a long way.
