It is very clear that there was no proper handling or quality check before delivery. Such irresponsible service reflects extremely poorly on both the restaurant and the delivery management.
@zomatocare 1/ This is completely unacceptable. The cake was delivered in a severely damaged condition — smashed, melted, and carelessly handled. It looked nothing like a properly packed product. For an item meant for a special occasion, this level of negligence is shocking.
